Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all transactions conducted by the seller (Bobby Christopher). By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer confirms agreement with the following terms and conditions.
Nature of Services
I provide used laptops and computer components, computer servicing and repairs, and digital services including SEO, website content creation, and website maintenance. All services and goods are provided on a contract basis, and these terms govern all such transactions.
Verification
All first-time buyers are required to complete identity verification before payment. This includes submission of a government-issued ID, a selfie, and confirmation of contact details (phone and email). Buyers must also agree to these terms before proceeding.
Payment
Payment must be made via UK Bank Transfer (Faster Payments) only. Payments must come from the buyer’s own UK bank account, matching the name used during identity verification. Joint accounts, third-party transfers, or business accounts are not accepted. No other payment methods (e.g., cash, PayPal, crypto, or cards) are accepted. Click here for bank transfer terms.
Delivery and Inspection
Goods or services are delivered only after payment has been received and, where applicable, the buyer has inspected the item in person or received confirmation of the item’s condition. All sales are considered final once delivery is completed.
Returns and Warranty
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item is proven to be faulty within 30 days of delivery. A 30-day warranty applies to physical items such as laptops and components. This warranty covers hardware defects or issues not caused by the buyer.
Returns are not accepted for software purchases (such as license keys), or for services already rendered, due to the nature of digital goods and service labour.
Disputes
Any attempts to reverse or dispute the transaction after delivery will be reported to Action Fraud and other relevant authorities. Proof of identity verification, agreement to terms, and delivery confirmation will be supplied as evidence where required.
Liability
The seller is not responsible for any losses, damage, or issues arising after the goods or services have been delivered to the buyer. Buyers are advised to ensure satisfaction at the time of delivery or completion.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are in addition to, and do not replace, any rights you may have under applicable law.
